"/" MY NAME IS LAURA is an homage to all the cows in the world. For a time, I photographed cows at Wanås Estate in Skåne. The agriculture and animal husbandry at Wanås Estate are organic and controlled by KRAV. More information about Wanås Estate can be found here: https://godset.wanas.se/svenska/Hem.aspx

Of all the dairy cows at Wanås Estate, I have now reduced the number to 101 that will be included in the project. For each respective cow, the following documentation will be provided:

Year of birth, mother and father, number of calves they have given birth to, milk production since the age of two, and milk production from the last twenty-four hours.

The photographs will be printed in 50 x 70 cm format. I will also include submitted stories from 101 people about their thoughts and experiences with cows.
