Text Workshop with Hanna Monola
In conjunction with the exhibition Hälsningar från / Greetings from, the Centre for Photography invites you to a workshop led by artist and author Hanna Monola.

What happens in the encounter between text and image? During this one-day workshop, we explore writing as an artistic tool, testing various forms of creative writing and examining what language can contribute to your practice.
The workshop is aimed at CFF members who are curious about the intersection of text and image. It is an opportunity to write without pressure for results, with a focus on experimentation.
Hanna Monola (b. 1989, Gothenburg) is an artist and author. She primarily works with text- and sound-based performance pieces, with themes revolving around subjects such as power structures, gender, and sexuality. Her debut book Att gå. was published in 2025 by Trombone förlag.

Practical information
No prior knowledge is required. The workshop is divided into two 2 h sessions with a 1 h lunch break.
