Open Call: Exhibition at Österlen Fotograficentrum
Centrum för fotografi announces an open call for two CFF members to exhibit at Österlen Fotograficentrum in September 2026.
Österlen Fotograficentrum is located in Smedstorp on Österlen, a vibrant community with an active cultural scene. The gallery is housed in a simple, converted grain store over two floors, totalling 250 m². The rooms have roughly plastered walls with suspended wooden panels, wooden floors, and ceiling beams. The venue is centrally located in the village, just two minutes from the train station with direct connections to Malmö. You can find more information at www.öfc.se
We welcome applications from photographers with diverse experience, expressions, and working methods.

- Short project description (max 3,000 characters)
- 5–10 images from the project
- Number of intended works and the dimensions of the works
- Short bio/CV including previous exhibitions

Who can apply?
To be eligible to apply, you must:
- be resident in Skåne or have your main artistic practice there
- be a member of Centrum för fotografi by the deadline. Here you can apply for membership.
Practical information
The selected artists are responsible for installation, transport, and production costs. The exhibition will be installed during week 37.
CFF pays an exhibition fee of SEK 7,650 excl. VAT.
There is an opportunity to work for a fee as an exhibition attendant during the exhibition period. There is also the possibility of simple overnight accommodation in the storehouse, where the third floor is furnished as an apartment.
