Haninge’s Quietest Heartbeat is a tribute to Rudan – a magical place for Camila Manuelsdotter Pino. Rudan has been with her throughout her upbringing in Haninge and evokes memories every time Camila looks out from Handen’s train platform.

By painting on her photographs, Camila leaves an imprint that moves between reality and the imaginary.

Andy Allen-Olivar’s working method consists of archiving, documentation, and speculative narratives. The work Elephants after the Rain is based on the work with a photo book that tries to understand the city of Buenos Aires – with its workers who dirty the marble entrances of the banks and plant weeds in the cracks, stray dogs and buses that never come. It becomes a story about a fictional city, which can be several cities at the same time.

In the fall of 2023, CFF made an announcement in collaboration with Public Art in Haninge for a temporary exhibition in Undergången where two photographers exhibit together in six lightboxes each. In total, four photographers were selected for two exhibition periods. The exhibition with Camila Manuelsdotter Pino and Andy Allen-Olivar is the second period in the collaboration, which runs until August 2024.
