Kenny Bengtsson’s Molnvädersgatan offers a glimpse of life in Biskopsgården, a suburb of Gothenburg. From his tiny balcony and kitchen window, he photographed the sky’s colorful shifts, the flight of birds, and the hovering police helicopter for five years. During the same time, he excerpted the media coverage of the area, curious about the power and consequences of words. The quotes contrast with the freedom and elevation in the images, and remind us of the challenges society faces. Together, the photographs and texts create a story about an area that oscillates between hope and despair. The book also contains a text by Niclas Östlind.

Molnvädersgatan will be available for sale during the release.
