About the course

During the Ongoing Process course, you will be given the opportunity to formulate, develop, and present a photographic project. The course combines individual guidance, group feedback, and practical exercises to guide you as a participant through the entire artistic process – from idea to finished presentation. The course concludes with a joint exhibition at CFF, where both sketches and finished works are displayed to highlight and visualize the various stages of the creative process.

Layout

The teaching consists of two blocks – Production and Presentation, where each block consists of three meetings. The course concludes with a joint exhibition at CFF in June.

Block 1: Production

Meeting 1
You will receive an introduction to project work with a focus on sources of inspiration and possible approaches. You will have the opportunity to present yourself as a participant, and we will lay the foundation for future feedback meetings.

Meeting 2–4
As a participant, you can begin to formulate your project and begin working on producing, editing, and processing your material. The focus is now on the selection of existing images, the creation of new works, and the writing of texts. Feedback is given continuously by both the course leader and the group.

Block 2: Presentation

Meeting 5 – 6
During the last block, the participants’ projects are compiled. We work with selection, text editing, and material selection for the joint exhibition.

Cost: SEK 2500 + VAT
