Finissage and Artist Talk – Art Craft Meets Photography
On the last day of the exhibition, we invite you to a finissage and artist talk with two of the exhibitors – Ellen Dynebrink and Carla Lomakka. During the talk, we will gain insight into the artists’ respective practices and delve into topics such as collage, textiles, body, and the pixel.
The exhibition Art Craft Meets Photography features works by nine artists – four photographers and five craft artists from the Center for Photography and Konsthantverkcentrum respectively. The interplay between two-dimensional image and sculptural form creates a dynamic whole with elements of the body’s materiality, everyday rituals, and performativity.
