Welcome to a conversation between the winner of the Swedish Photobook Prize 2025, Ela Polkowska, and Annika Elisabeth von Hausswolff.
The Swedish Photographers’ Association’s photobook market 2025 kicks off with a mingle and a conversation at the Center for Photography in Stockholm.
Tonight’s guests are Ela Polkowska, winner of the Swedish Photo Book Award 2025, and Annika Elisabeth von Hausswolff, one of Sweden’s most influential photographic artists. The conversation will touch on themes such as creative creation and the photo book’s expression as an art form.

18:00–19:00 Photo Talk: Ela Polkowska & Annika Elisabeth von Hausswolff. A conversation about Ela Polkowska’s award-winning book Splinter – a personal and visual story that has garnered international attention. Polkowska has exhibited in Athens, New York, Budapest, Lisbon, Riga, Kiev, and Krakow, among others, and is part of the PARALLEL and Futures Photography platforms. The conversation will be in English.
19:00-20:00 Mingle with drinks and snacks.
