Open Call: Group Exhibition, Arts Crafts Meets Photography

In the exhibition, four photographers and four artisans will meet to create a dialogue through materiality, technique, and form. Submit an application by February 7th at the latest, after which 8 participants will be selected by a jury.

In the selection process, the jury will consider how the individual works can contribute to visual coherence and artistic dialogue. All material orientations within arts crafts and photography are welcome.

What is required to apply?

-Member of either CFF or KHVC

-Be based in Västra Götaland

-You are applying with already finished works.

-The application is compiled in a PDF containing a CV and a portfolio with a maximum of 3 works. The PDF may contain a maximum of 10 pages and must not exceed 10 MB.

An exhibition fee of SEK 3,800 + VAT will be paid.

The Arts Crafts Center (KHVC) is the only purely professional organization for professionally active artisans and craftspeople in Sweden. We have offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö. Our approximately 800 members are marketed through public events, exhibitions and intermediary efforts, and are supported through coaching, skills development and networking opportunities, both nationally and internationally. The goal is to strengthen the status of arts and crafts and contribute to improving the economic situation of practitioners in the field.
