Humanity’s longing to understand and unite with nature takes many different forms, and the subject contains a world of paradoxes. In Theatre of the Wild, Albin Biblom explores the thin line between curiosity and dominance, appreciation and control – and exposes humanity’s tendency to project itself onto nature. The exhibition features photography and film from two of Biblom’s major works: Curiosity and Control and Mechkar.

On the last day of the exhibition, Albin Biblom will present his exhibition and talk about his work with photography and films related to the project. Gathering in the exhibition at 13:00. Free admission – no registration needed. The viewing will be introduced by Albert Sten from the Center for Photography and streamed on Instagram @centrumforfotografi

Albin Biblom is a photographer and filmmaker and has had several international exhibitions, especially in Germany and the Netherlands. His questions often revolve around humanity’s complex relationship with nature and our need to want to master and control our environment.
