Feedback with Susanne Fessé, based on her lecture “Writing an Application,” where our members received tips and advice on the application process.
Susanne works as an art historian, curator, and writer. She is the editor-in-chief of the magazine Utställningskritik, which focuses on criticism of the exhibition medium at Swedish museums. She is a co-founder and, until 2019, the responsible publisher for VERK tidskrift. In 2020, she founded Art/Sensation, an initiative that aims to highlight feelings in and around art. Susanne is part of the exhibition group at the Center for Photography and a member of the Galleri Kontras board. In addition to working with exhibitions in museums and gallery spaces, Susanne has curated a number of site-specific exhibitions in public spaces with the support of the City of Stockholm.
