Artist Talk with Hanna Antonsson
Welcome to a conversation with artist Hanna Antonsson, who is exhibiting at Konstkollektivet’s art park in Mölndal.
During the finissage, Emma Sandström, project manager at Centrum för fotografi, will talk with Hanna Antonsson about her exhibition, Transformers.
Transformers showcases surreal scenes from the life cycles of frogs, flowers, and larvae captured in flash light. Through her series of images, she highlights unexpected patterns and connections between different objects, animals, and phenomena, giving new meaning to what was previously invisible. In the meeting between renewal and decay, she explores how the environment is constantly changing and developing.
Hanna Antonsson works with sculpture and photography inspired by animal perspectives and symbolism. Her work explores transformation and cyclical flows between life and death, nature and technology, humanity’s impact on nature, and other traces of human intervention in the environment.
