Three questions for our new producer, Albert Sten
After a year as coordinator at Centrum för fotografi, Albert Sten has now stepped into a new role as producer on a 75% contract.
We asked a few questions about the new role.

What does your new role as producer at CFF entail?
My new role as producer involves a further focus on our exhibition activities, which include the Gallery, the Window, and Salon CFF. I will also be working on our digital presence through streaming, documentation, and smaller productions. In addition to this, I have a lot of contact with members, update all our channels, and am part of the team at the office.
How would you like to see the activities at CFF further developed?
A lot has happened at CFF in the past year, such as moving to new premises, a new website, and new formats for exhibitions and programs. I think it’s good that we have a more national and international presence, where the activities are developed through our members and new partners. It will be an organic growth where our focus is always on the interests of our members, but also on how we can engage new members around the country.
What are you most looking forward to in the coming year?
The exhibition Invasion by Ukrainian Warchive, which is coming in February, is an exciting collaboration. We at CFF also have the opportunity to show a very relevant exhibition during the anniversary of the Russian invasion of Ukraine. This means that we get to collaborate with Ukrainian Warchive and 9 Ukrainian photographers who will be exhibited. It will also be a creative challenge to create an exhibition that is curated remotely.
