Processed and reformulated, they form a visual world at the intersection of memory, imagination, history, and the future. Here, the protagonists are schoolgirls. They allow us to sense their girlhood dreams, girlhood memories, and girlhood secrets. At night, they write poetry and, over time, they become increasingly bold.

Nazanin Raissi is an artist and licensed psychologist. Her artistic practice, based on the photographic medium, explores themes related to memory, time, loss, and belonging.
